Tan Long (Tan Long Services and Investment JSC) has been active in the Hanoi property market since 2001 and was officially registered in 2004. It started by leasing homes to expatriates living in Vietnam and today offers leasing of houses, apartments, offices, warehouses and industrial premises, sales brokerage, project distribution, property management and valuation.

The company has more than 500 experts and partner agents and a network of nearly 20 branch offices, with its head office on Xuan Dieu Street in Tay Ho, Hanoi, and branches in cities including Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Ha Long, Nha Trang and Hue. Since 2013 it has distributed projects for developers such as Vingroup, Sun Group, Sunshine Group, FLC and Novaland.

Tan Long also renovates and builds homes for rent to foreigners, often in co-investment with owners, and is a member of the Vietnam Real Estate Association.
